Eco Friendly and Green Cleaning Policy

In order to help you maintain a healthy indoor environment, Clean Living uses cleaning products that are free of toxins, petroleum, ammonia, and alcohol. It is important for us to provide the safest indoor environment possible for our clients and their guests.

Our Clean Living Guarantee

If you're not 100% satisfied with any cleaning, just call us within 24 hours, and we’ll return to your location at no charge to make things right. If it’s something that you feel does not require our immediate attention, we’ll be certain to take care of it at the time of the next cleaning.

Payments / Charges:

We require that a valid credit card be on file before confirming your initial cleaning appointment. We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard.

Please notify us of any changes at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled initial cleaning date/time. A fee of 25% of your estimated initial cleaning cost will be charged to your credit card for cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Payment must be made at the time of cleaning. As a convenience, we can arrange automatic recurring charges to your credit card for each regular cleaning, or we can charge advance monthly payments as per cleaning packages.

  • Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces in kitchens and bathrooms
  • Cleaning out the inside of the microwave, as well as small appliances
  • Wiping down the outside of the fridge and oven, and cleaning stovetop
  • Returning dishes from the dishwasher to the cabinets
  • Sanitizing door handles and light switch plates
  • Stripping beds and re-making beds with clean linens
  • Staging bathroom with clean towels

  • Inside the oven including the oven door glass
  • Inside of window frames and patio doors
  • Inside and outside of all windows
  • Full and deep dusting including all the corners of rooms for cobwebs
  • Scale removal from all bathroom tiles, kitchen tiles, taps, shower heads etc

Laundry Services

Laundry Services
  • We provide laundry service if the machines are within your home. This service is performed as a courtesy and provides added value for our customers. You must provide the laundry detergent. We only wash linens and towels (no clothing or other items).
  • Laundry Limits - dried & folded: 2-3 hr. cleaning —2 loads max 4+ hr. cleaning — 3 loads max
  • If you have no machines within your property, we can offer to take your linens and towels to be professionally laundered. There will be an additional fee for this service: Rates begin at $30 for up to 20lbs.
